Terms and Conditions
ONLINE ORDERING TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to any orders of yours or placed by you on behalf of your business or organisation, and any service provided by us to you. You should read these Online Ordering Terms and Conditions carefully along with our Standard Terms and Conditions.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
EnviroPrint Australia Pty Ltd (EnviroPrint or EnviroPrint Australia, “we”) ABN 62 142 526 887 may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will display the revised Terms and Conditions on our website, therefore we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions regularly at www.enviro-print.com.au
All prices advertised on this website are in Australian dollars and show applicable GST. For Print Services, the advertised prices allow for manufacture within our standard turnaround time using shared production methods to save money and reduce environmental impact. Items requiring urgent delivery may incur additional charges. Prices are subject to change, and are applicable for the time of purchase only. We may from time to time offer special discounts, promotions, or variations in product types which shall alter the prices for some goods. We only offer our online ordering services to businesses and organisations within Australia. We offer a wide variety of goods and services, most of which are not detailed on this website, if you require variation or custom made product please request a quote.
Artwork & Proofs
Unless specified otherwise, prices for Printing Services within the online ordering system do not include artwork. We have allowed for upload and pre-flighting of customer supplied files only. We prefer artwork supplied as print-ready high resolution pdf with bleed and trims, in CMYK with a minimum resolution of 300dpi for images. If you require artwork and design assistance, then please let us know, and we will provide a quote.
Proofs will be supplied to the customer for their approval from files supplied, or files prepared by us. We shall supply the proofs either by email or posted printed hard copy. All proofs are subject to approval by the customer before commencement of production. The customer is responsible to check the proof thoroughly for correctness including, but not limited to spelling, colour and dimension. Errors which appeared in the proof but which were not corrected or requested to be corrected by us on behalf of the customer shall not be our responsibility.
Customers supplying their own artwork should ensure that the files are 100% print ready, and appropriate for the paper stock selected and print technique. For example, if you have selected EnviroPrint 100% recycled uncoated recycled paper for offset printing, then the ink coverage should be lighter as the paper is porous and shall absorb the ink more than coated gloss paper would. Remember, the colours shown on your computer screen are usually much more vivid and will not match printed results. If you are concerned about the colour of your printed item, then please select to have a hard copy digital proof printed for your approval prior to the print run.
If our assistance is required to achieve print ready files, then additional charges may apply. Advertised Online Ordering Pricing includes one email proof only, additional charges may apply for re-supply of artwork, pre-flighting, authors corrections, trouble-shooting etc. We shall notify you of any additional charges applicable and charge these at a fair and reasonable rate.
We will normally use electronic means to communicate with you – usually email, but we may also for example, send electronic statements, broadcasts, or other communications about our products and services. Unless you have given us a written instruction not to do so, we may from time to time send you information concerning changes to existing services and or other services or promotions offered by us. If we need to give you written notice, we will regard the notice as given to you 3 business days after we post it by ordinary mail to the mailing address we have on record.
Delivery of Goods
We will advise you when the goods have been despatched from our premises by email. If items are required by a particular date, please advise at the time of your order and we will do our best to achieve your requirements.
Privacy of Information
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders placed during Online Ordering require payment before production is commenced. We offer secure online payment options, or require direct deposit into our bank account. Records of recent transactions on your EnviroPrint Australia Online Ordering account are available to view online in Order History.
We will not allow an online order to be accepted unless the identity of the person making the order is registered with our Online Ordering system. Each user will assign an online ordering username and nominate a password for their account. You may select your own username and password. We suggest for security, that you create a password that is unique and suggest a word and number combination. Passwords should be at least 8 characters or more.
Any order received via the Online Ordering system, once submitted is received as approved by the customer for completion and payment in full. With this in mind, the confidentiality of usernames and passwords is important. It is the responsibility of the user to keep their password safe, and change their password if a breach in security occurs. If you forget your password, you can request a new password, by entering your registered email address, you will receive an email giving instructions for password replacement.
We are not liable for any loss or damage caused to you by persons authorised to operate on your account, except where it arises from fraudulent conduct by our agent or employee. You are liable to pay for any goods or services provided to any person authorised to operate on your account. Accordingly, you are responsible for these transactions as if you had made them yourself.
Internet Security and Connection
The internet can be unreliable and insecure and we are not responsible for any loss or damage which arises as a result of a failure with internet related services and equipment and unauthorised access to and use of such equipment. It is your responsibility to obtain and maintain any electronic equipment which you may need to have for online order placement.
We use different levels of security for different parts of the website. Information about our accounts is protected through password and user login and other technology protection measures. In this way, we take reasonable steps to ensure the safety of our information online, however, we cannot guarantee that such information will be free from any unauthorised access, destruction, use, modification or disclosure of data.
You should log out at the end of your session, and your browser should be closed when an internet session is finished. This ensures that others cannot access information and correspondences. There may be short periods when transactions will not be available when we are maintaining our online ordering system. At these times, we invite you to phone or use alternate methods to contact us. Please tell us about any service fault or difficulty with internet connection. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the online ordering system is available during our normal Australian EST office hours; and ensure that information we make available to you through this system is correct.
Liability for Unauthorised Transactions
Your liability for unauthorised transactions will normally be limited to the actual expenses incurred for the order placed.
Incorrect Orders and Order Quantities
Items selected for delivery from our finished goods held in inventory can be ordered subject to available stock levels. Any observed “unusual” quantities ordered (for example exceedingly large quantity) will be confirmed with the customer prior to fulfilment to ensure accuracy of information. However, the responsibility for correctness of information is the customer’s or their appointed representative. After submission of online orders, an email notification will be returned to the customer detailing the order placed. If any errors or omissions are found it is your responsibility to notify us immediately.
Records of orders received, deliveries and other information relevant to your online account will remain accessible through our online ordering website for the period of 1 year unless otherwise agreed in writing. Uploaded artwork will be retrieved for use by our art department, and stored elsewhere in our system.
